Class Descriptions
Here at SVT we offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Serious Shape Cardio Kickboxing. We also offer kids classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Group classes and private instruction is available.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Click here for info)
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is affiliated with Helio Soneca.  Aaron is an instructor in the Helio Soneca Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association.  You can check his page out at (www.heliosoneca.com). Soneca is currently a 4th Dan and known as one of the best fighters and Masters in the world.

Aaron Stephens is a 2007 and 2008 North American Grappling Association Champion, a 2007 Smokey Mountain BJJ Absolute Division Champion, and has been doing BJJ and MMA since 1993. Our Adult BJJ Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at NOON and 6:30 PM.

Our MMA Standup takes the striking from Muay Thai Boxing (using the highly effective knees, legs, elbows and clinch) for the most efficient and effective striking & standup game you can get.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our Kids BJJ Classes are GROWING SO RAPIDLY that we had to split the classes up just to keep our class size manageable. We believe that this is because of the care and attention that is paid to the Kids in the classes. They are not only learning, but they're HAVING FUN which is what kids do best! Younger Kids Classes (5 to 8) are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM and the Older Kids Classes (9 to 15) are Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 PM

Serious Shape Cardio Kickboxing
The Serious Shape Cardio Kickboxing can only be described as "The BEST pain you'll ever go through." Time after time with person after person, our "GUARANTEED RESULTS" slogan gets tested and PASSES WITH FLYING COLORS. Our students have lost hundreds of pounds and hundreds of inches. If you want REAL RESULTS, then our Cardio Class is where you NEED to be. Stop wasting your time in the gym or in your "DANCE" Class where you know that nothing is happening and come to cardio where you will see and feel the difference, GUARANTEED! Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 AM and 6:30 PM and Saturday at 11 AM.
